Breakfast food in Mykonos

Eat + Sleep Mykonos

The best way I can describe Mykonos – other than your typical descriptions – is that it’s like the Miami or Vegas of Europe. Though I’m sure my opinion is biased, and perhaps the island resumes its Greek authenticity and naturally-derived beauty on the off-seasons, from at least May to September, you’ll discover a vibrant party scene here.

Here are some of my favorite places we discovered while (not) partying in Mykonos, also featured in the video below.

Luxury Sleep: CavoTagoo

Interested in having a truly luxurious experience while staying in Mykonos? Then I’d definitely recommend a stay at CavoTagoo, where your mind is bound to be blown! Our private pool provided the perfect way to wake up, especially after a few drinks the night prior, which was then followed by one of the best breakfasts next to the hotel pool. You can also watch our CavoTagoo video here for the full experience.

Luxury Eat: Grace Mykonos

Dinner at Grace Hote, the best food in Mykonos IMG_1041

We had an incredible rooftop, poolside dinner one night at the Grace hotel in Mykonos, which was just a few minute drive from where we were staying and right near the new port (where your ferry is likely to dock) and arguably the best food in Mykonos. We had one of the best 4 course dinners, alongside a bottle of bubbly, a beautiful sunset view, and a calm shelter from the wind. We found all of the staff to be incredibly welcoming and genuinely warm, sharing with us details of the island and  making us feel right at home.
